- Squats and jump squats
If you want to get rid of cellulite on your thighs, squats and jump squats are the best exercises. You can do it anywhere.
Steps to perform a squat
- Stand with your feet slightly wider than your hips.
- Your fingers should be described as a little outward
- Look straight ahead and pick up a spot on the wall in front of you.
- Watch this spot the whole time and do not look down on the floor or on the ceiling.
Steps to perform jump squats
- Get into a normal position, facing the front and legs parallel with your body.
- Reduce yourself in a smooth, controlled way during the squat, then blast as forcefully as you can in the jump.
(Your knees should never extend at your fingertips. This changes the stress of sitting in your knee joints.)
- Initiate the jump and jump as high as you can.
- Control your descent and land down on the balls of your toes.
- You are ready for next one.
- Stand with your feet hip width apart.
- With hands on the waist, step forward on the left foot and bend down so the front knee is bent and back foot comes off the floor.
- Hold for a couple of seconds, then lift yourself up and crouch down again.
- Repeat 15 times on each leg
- Step ups
- Stand in front of the bench or sturdy exercise box.
- Step up the box, one leg at a time.
- Step back down in the same form.
- Repeat the whole exercise for few more times.
For better results don’t forget to do these in reps. Do at least 12 repetitions at a time. You can add weights or repetitions as you progress.
While these measures do not help to fully get rid of thigh dimples at that time, but if you are constant and determined you will achieve that goal for sure.
